house assessed property value was frozen for several years towns fault now they have caught up current assessed value 522200 please update your web site for the change whic brings value inline with rest of street Neighborhood Description the tax value u are using is not correct for some reason the town did not update my house value for several years (my gain) but now they catch up with me it is currently assessed at 522200 which is in line with the other houses on the street so i would expect to see a more current valuation of my house on your web site thanks hr
