Den; all new electric, new lighting, closed cell spray insulation, new drywall, and carpet. Kitchen; All new Shaker style inset cabinets with all new integrated Bosch appliances and induction oven. Kohler farm sink with brass Rhol bridge faucet. Added hardwood floors to entry and kitchen. Unlaquered brass hardware. White oak floating shelves. New Anderson 400 series window. Opened up space to dining room and mudroom for better flow. Powder room: added fan, beadboard, polished nickel Kohler fixtures, Kohler toilet and pedestal sink, wallpaper Sanderson, tile floor from England, Pottery Barn light fixture Ensuite bath 1; custom cabinet from Stoffer Home, subway tile from Fireclay, honed Carrera counters and floors, polished nickel Kohler fixtures, Kohler toilet and sink, polished nickel hardware from Rejuvenation Ensuite bath 2; custom white oak reeded cabinet, subway tile from Fireclay, honed Carrera counters and floors, polished nickel Kohler fixtures, Kohler toilet and sink, polished nickel hardware from Rejuvenation Hall Bathroom; custom walnut cabinetry from Ted Wood, subway tile from Fireclay, honed Carrera marble counters and floors, brushed nickel Kohler fixtures, Kohler tub, toilet and sinks, unlacquered brass hardware from Rejuvenation All lighting from Visual Comfort.
