Pioneer Ridge is located at 880 Union St., two blocks north of campus. It has ten 3-bedroom/2-bathroom units with an extra space for an office/den that can also be used as a 4th bedroom. The apartments are large and spacious. They have large decks/patio areas with overhangs, allowing for use in bad weather. The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and range hood.
