I have owned this home since 1998. I have added a full bath downstairs, in addition to complete ripout and remodel of upstairs bath and kitchen. I also added central air, and heat is furnace with hot water radiators which I decided to keep. The new furnace I had put in is a dual unit, for the radiant heat and a tankless heater for the domestic hot water in the home. Whole home is hardwood floors, which I have restored. Kitchen and bathrooms floors are ceramic tile. The fireplace was nonfunctioning when I bought the home, but I have put in a gas insert and use the fireplace all the time. When I remodeled the kitchen, I put in a cooktop with 4 burners as well as an interchangable grill/griddle on the other side of it. There are also 2 wallovens and a dishwasher. When I remodeled the upstairs bath, I increased the size and put in a 2 person jetted jacuzzi tub. I would like to get an idea of the actual market value of my home, but do not wish to sell at this time. Knowing the actual market value will help me decide when and if I would like to sell.
