We love to walk 20-30 minutes to dinner as a family. The Bank and the newest Local Legend are walking distance Our kids favorite part of the island is all of the wildlife See sights of alligators, turtles, birds, armadillos, and deer on your morning walk! Enjoy our back porch with new & comfortable patio furniture. There is lots of room outside for the kids to run around. Our kitchen is fully-stocked & opens up to the eating area. Air fryer, crockpot, smoothie maker, you name it. The living room holds large families on the XL couch for movie nights. Not to mention, minimal decor to keep tiny hands safe and able to play! Our den has a daybed that sleeps 2 on separate twin beds as well as a 1/2 bath downstairs. Upstairs, you'll find 3 large bedrooms and 2 full baths, all expertly remodeled. Every single room with a bed in the home has its own smart TV with YOUTUBETV and it is loaded with all the apps you could want. This includes the den, which is great for the little ones to enjoy their own time! The master bedroom has an XL king sized bed with plenty of room to spread out. Traveling with a baby? Remember, that infant doesn't count in the max guests AND the master closet is tucked away & more than large enough for a private pack & play area (that we provide, as well as a high chair & umbrella stroller)! The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed as well as a desk/workspace with speedy WiFi throughout the home. The 3rd bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed. There are a few toys in this room as well as a basketball hoop. Find a cabinet downstairs full of board games & books. We also provide beach towels, boogie boards & beach toys, beach chairs, backpack coolers, a beach bag, and loads of recommendations for a fun week at the beach! Bike rental options are endless on the island & they deliver bikes to/from your front door. We have a large private front porch to store your bikes at night. We take pride in hosting and look forward to chatting soon- Yep, you'll chat directly with the owner ALWAYS! KITCHEN: Fully equipped, granite countertops, cooking basics, coffee maker, knife set, air fryer, microwave, toaster, crock pot, smoothie maker GENERAL: Linens & towels provided, washer/dryer, central heating & A/C Owner pays for all utilities & additional fees.
