The Fuqua Prestige model, 2/2, with center island kitchen is 1,344 sq. ft. under air. This large home has lots open space and lots of built-in storage, and is offered unfurnished. It is located high on a large corner lot of Lagos del Norte and Calle de Lagos, the main ring road in SLCCV. This is a non-pet street in the 55+ community. The main entrances to the living room and Florida room are under a covered sidewalk on the south side. The sidewalk extends to the street. Both the walk, the carport floor and driveway were painted a couple of months ago. The house and trim were painted last summer. The shingle roof was done by Big Lake Roofing in 2011; the A/C is a 2012 unit. All carpet has been replaced by a brick pattern vinyl flooring throughout the home. Most of the paneled walls have been painted. The kitchen has undergone a number of renovations: the wall oven and island stove top were replaced by a stove with an overhead microwave oven, some overhead fluorescent lights were removed, the new island counter top has lots more counter space, the new counter top with double ceramic sink has a new faucet. The side-by-side fridge will be replaced with a fridge in good working condition. The den has a wet bar. A glass slider opens into the Florida room. Windows are currently covered with plywood panels for the rainy season. The hallway laundry area door leads to the carport, very convenient for bringing in shopping bags. There are cabinets over the washer and dryer, and two more closets/pantries in the hall. Another large pantry is in the kitchen next to the stove. The large en suite master bathroom tub was removed, and replaced with another closet. The double vanity is new as are several light fixtures. The large 11’x14’ shed located at the rear of the carport is great for storing bikes, a grill or tools. Wynne Building Corporation now requires a resident application for prospective buyers. We can provide application forms, but please know that we are not involved in the process with Wynne.
