It is absolute gorgeous with tropical, flower filled on 2 acres of land. Though we are are only 15 minutes from Makawao and Paia, 25 minutes to the airport and Kahului, we are quite private. We have neighbors, but you can't see or hear them. It is incredibly peaceful here and you largely only hear the sounds of nature. We are in an entire different part of the house, but gone for about 6 months out of the year. We just recently remodeled this unit. Owner pays for all utilities, WIFI, landscaping and trash. Deposit due upon signing. Refundable if no damage. Gorgeous tropical environment. Parking space in front driveway. Rental suitable for one person (preferable,) or couple without children. Prefer quiet, neat person. No smoking. No pets. One year lease with option to renew.
