Umatilla is located right on the columbia river. Five minutes from the umatilla prison, ten mins from the hospital, and a half hour to tri cities. Owner pays for water, sewer garbage unless more than one person is renting unit. Then a $100 charge will be added to cover extra utilities. No pets of any kind allowed due to insurance and allergies of future renters. Parking is around building or off street. Month is due from the day you moved in. $600 refundable deposit will be returned if no damage is done and reasonable notice is given when moving out. A $250 non refundable deposit is due at signing as a cleaning fee when you move out. Monthly rent is $1400.
