My mobile home is located in Moss Landings (formerly Aqua Isles) is located off rt.80, close to stores and 5 mnutes from Walmart. The community is 55 and up located on the Caloosahatche river. There are many activities including a heated pool. The home consists of 2 bed room 2 bath with an open floor plan that leaves the kitchen and living room with an open floor plan open allowing for easy access and fun with guests . Each bed room has a full closet and an extra built in closet with 4 drawers for guests. The master bath has a tub and shower. The home also has a pantry next to the kitchen and a closet next to the master bath allowing for lots of storage. There is also a screened in porch and covered car port. A large shed is located inside the porch and houses the washer and dryer. This unit is in PRISTINE CONDITION. I am reducing the price to $5000 as my husband died and I am on a fixed income. I have since moved back to Ohio and am maintaining two places. COSTLY!!
