The view is on Bush Street. The unit is fully furnished and is turnkey ready. It is a 15 minute walk to Montgomery and the financial district. Basic cable and Internet (wi-fi) are included at no charge. A enclosed and protected single car garage unit is available to rent for $375 a month. Water and heat are provided at no charge. Tenant pays electric. Rent is $3500 per month (price is firm). Required: a one year lease, excellent references, a security deposit of $3500, and first and last month's rent. Absolutely no cats are permitted. One dog is permitted with an additional security deposit of $1000. Note: The complex will be installing a new water seal. This will require removal of concrete in front of the building and in the patio area, resealing, and repaving. This could be noisy and disruptive at times during 2025-26. Owner pays for electricity. Water, basic cable and Internet are included in rent. Repairs due to normal wear and tear are performed by landlord at no cost to tenant; repairs due to tenant's misuse of premises is paid for by tenant. One year written lease is required. Rent is due on the first of the month and late by the 5th of the month; late rent will be charged an additional fee. Absolutely no cats are permitted, and tenant must obtain prior permission from owner before any sublease or any additional persons are permitted to live in unit. Tenant must follow homeowner association rules which will be provided to tenant.
