Our villa is fully furnished and equipped with all the necessary household items, to make a "Home Away From Home". Our Patio Villa is Bright and Spacious, yet cozy. Nicely appointed and include an electric Golf car. Full size kitchen appliances, microwave,dishwasher, washer and dryer. All linens and towels included. Our Patio Villa has a Screened Lanai Room with seating and a small side patio with additional seating and gas B-B-Q. A 2 minute ride by golf car to the nearest pool, and 10 minutes to Sumter Landing Town Square. Each Town Square has shopping, various dining and nightly entertainment 7 days a week. Sumter Landing Town Square (Our Personal Favorite) -10 minute ride with golf car from our Villas. *Spanish Springs Town Square- Will need Car! *Brownwood Town Square- Will need -With a $50.00 fee paid to the Villages- (2) RESIDENT PASSES will be in your possession to enjoy the free executive golf courses, pools and other amenities. -A security deposit is required to hold a reservation. (refundable after your stay). -There is a standard $85.00- $125.00 cleaning fee. Our homes can be rented, weekly, and monthly.
