In 2018, the St. John's United Methodist Church was listed in the State of NH Register of Historic Places. There are 10 amazing stained glass windows. In 1974, the walkout basement was structurally reinforced. This additional open space offers many possibilities. Adjacent to the Waumbek Golf Course, this building is in a terrific location! The property would need to be renovated to be used as a residential dwelling.
