I am looking for someone that is open to some shared living space as the washer and dryer for the first floor is in the lower level. We'll schedule laundry days. We have a dog - his name is Major so I need someone who is dog friendly as he is often in the common areas of the house. I have lived in this home for many years and downsizing. Owner pays all utilities, water and wifi. Since this will be a semi shared space living arrangement, I am seeking someone that I am compatible with. So, like finding a roommate of sorts someone that is willing to contribute.
