This is the perfect spot to spend your summer trip in NYC. The local neighborhood is Bushwick/East Williamsburg, it has nice bars & restaurants and it is a short 5-minute walk to the subway (JMZ). We are looking for someone to rent the apartment for the first 2 weeks in June, and are flexible to start in late May. The flat includes a spacious living room, an open kitchen with counter seating, a large terrace with city views and amazing sunsets, and a good-sized bedroom with a queen-size memory foam mattress. There is a desk for remote work, a dishwasher, and a washer/dryer in unit. Note, there isn't an elevator and the apartment is 3 flights up. RENTAL REQUIREMENTS We require a $20 application fee and will conduct a background check for all applicants. To sign a sublease we ask for the full rent and a security deposit. Utilities for electricity, A/C, and wifi not included.
