Great central location in Plantation in a boutique building of 8 units Airport is 10 minutes, beach 15 minutes, grocery and fine dining 5 minutes. Non-smokers only. Even if you smoke outside the smell lingers on clothes and furniture. I am sensitive to cigarette smoke. I'm ok with the other kind but not indoors or the balcony. This will be a month to month situation with at least 30 days notice of any change. Parking will be in guest spots. Rent is due the 1st of every month.
