Any nonoperating vehicle is not allowed on property ____ - Overnight Guests. If pets are unattended, they have to be inside a kennel to keep them and tenants safe ____ - Tenant is responsible to lock their room and protect their belongings ____ - Tenants cannot relocate or tamper with cameras or ring doorbell camera that are on the premises ____ - All common areas must be clutter free. Each tenant is to clean up after themselves. You use it you wash it/ clean it immediately after use . - No firearms allowed on premises at all ____ - If tents notice any other tenants breaking rules or have any other concerns, it is tenants' responsibility to inform Landlord Lita Siebenthal as soon as possible, taking pictures/ video's is recommended ___ Roommates agree to clean: On their own. There shall be no specific schedule or mandatory hours to clean room. Tenant is expected to keep their room odor, insect, and rat free. Tenant is expected to clean up after themselves except. Food should be thrown out if it is not fresh or expired ( to be completed on Saturdays ) At the moment of use, tenant is expected to clean up after themselves in that moment after use kitchen, bathroom, room and other common areas of home. If used, then clean up after yourself. Tenants are required to use their own cleaning supplies and laundry detergent. PERSONAL PROPERTY. All the Roommates agree to not use or borrow other Roommates' personal items without the approval of the Roommate who owns the property. Any exception(s) to this rule will be clearly stated and agreed upon, and the Roommate who owns the property retains the right to change their mind about sharing their personal property. Any personal property that is borrowed should be used respectfully and returned in the same condition. If any damage is done to a Roommate's personal property, the Roommate(s) responsible for causing the damage will compensate the Roommate who owns the personal property for their loss. Rooms must be locked at all times if unattended. Each tenant is responsible for their own property. Landlord is not responsible for any personal property that is lost, damaged or stolen.
