I am the owner/occupant of the home actually located at 9004 Dolly Madison St SW, (Lake City Neighborhood), Lakewood, WA 98498. The lot is 42,000 sq. ft. The property has been in my wife's family since 1921, and has been continuously occupied since. It is not for sale, and probably won't be anytime soon.
