HOA is very strong and stays on top of towing and unauthorized vehicles. 2 Year Lease Required. Tenant is responsible to have electricity through Pepco in their name as well as the water through WSSC in their name must be kept to a 30-day balance. Courtesy copy is sent to homeowner each month from the company and has legal right to have services suspended if not paid on a 30-day balance. Payments are due on the first of each month no later than the fifth or a 1% late fee per day will be added as additional rent.
