Very Nice Condo! This is a very nice condo in the not-often-for-sale Sutton Place community. This is a bit of a pre-listing because I still have some things to move out and some cleaning/minor maintenance to do. But I thought I would get preliminary information listed here. I had the condo significantly remodeled in 2012. The Kitchen and all baths were re-done with new tile, countertops, and fixtures. The home was professionally repainted top to bottom. I upgraded the door handle fixtures on the interior doors and the patio door is heavy-duty with between-glass retractable shades. The Oven/Stove and hot-water heater are even newer, in 2014. I have tried to price the unit very reasonably at $159,900. There are a couple blemishes I want to make sure you are aware of.
