Close to the freeway, hospital, grocery store, gas station, numerous restaurants and a movie theatre within walking distance. Lease of varying terms available however my preference would be to start with a 3-month lease as a trial period followed by an extended lease if desired by all parties. This is a non-spoking household with 2 cats however, no additional pets are allowed. All roommates responsible for cleaning after themselves in common space with occasional shared light cleaning of same common space.
