Stunning quartz countertops, tile backsplashes, and a new farmhouse sink with a Kraus pull down faucet were also installed. Additionally, new remote-controlled ceiling fan/lights have been installed. Also a hot water circulator has been installed for instant hot water, eliminating the wait for hot water. The exterior has also seen thoughtful improvements. Newly installed rain gutters direct water away from the home’s new rigid insulated skirting, which features multiple automatic air vents to reduce winter heat loss. The entry deck was rebuilt using composite decking and new Andersen storm doors have also been installed . The storage shed is now electrified, featuring a switched light, electrical outlets, and newly installed windows.
