These apartments were built in the early 1900s; through the years this building has been renovated and given an upgraded touch but still keeps its vintage charm. The Dover is in a very central location within walking distance to many of downtown Seattle's "hot spots". Many residents bike or walk to work, entertainment, and shopping. The residents have access to laundry facilities.
