The Dover is in a very central location within walking distance to many of downtown Seattle's "hot spots". Many residents bike or walk to work, entertainment, and shopping. The residents have access to laundry facilities. The building has on-site maintenance 5 days a week and an on-site manager who is available 24/7 on call and holds office hours usually between Tuesday and Saturday 10 am to 6 pm. - Screening fee: Non-refundable ~$43.93 per person to "On-Site.com" for background check. - Deposit: 90% of a month rent. - Non-refundable fee: 10% of a month rent. - Pet Policy: small pets 20 lbs. are allowed with extra pet deposit of 25% of a month. - We require first month rent, deposit and non-refundable fee for move in. - We have 6, 9, and 12 month leases.
