Two great decks were added a few years ago, one on the side of the house (within the gated yard) just off the kitchen/dining, that is great for grilling. The back deck is just off the master bedroom entrance, and is very nice sized with a covered gazebo canopy. A detached carport is in the rear of the house, at the alleyway. This is a corner lot, and I have done a LOT of work with landscaping in the front yard - great curb appeal.
