New one bedroom available just east of downtown. I was the first tenant in here at the end of March. Unfortunately, I got laid off the day before my move in so I need to get in to something cheaper. The apartment has two awesome pools, two gyms, is above the new Whole Foods and Target, and near a lot of awesome food, bars, breweries, downtown, Town Lake, etc. I am subletting my apartment at Saltillo beginning as soon as you can move in through April 27th, 2021. I have already paid the security deposit. You'll just need to pass the application process. It costs $75 and I'll reimburse you for it if you pass it and move in. I've paid through September, but can move out as soon as you're able to move in.
