Hi I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for a first floor apartment in Francisville/Fairmount area. This apartment has 3 rooms and an in unit washer and dryer. The rent is $1350 and water is $25. The tenant pays for electric. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and there's a nice restaurant on the corner. My lease ends July 31st, but I'm sure if you ask the leasing office they will extend it if all is going well...they're pretty understanding. Pets are allowed! I'm looking to move out asap--available now!
