Rent: $1150 + utilities Deposit: $1150 (1st month's rent) Location: Sunset neighborhood (6 min drive/10-15 min bus to SFSU - bus stop is right outside our place) - Minimum stay: 6 months - We have one friendly American Shorthair male cat. He likes to walk around the apartment, but stays in our housemate's room most of the time. - 6 min drive/15 min bus to SFSU (bus is literally right outside our place) - Laundromat 2 blocks away - Easy access to Muni L line and downtown, lots of great restaurants nearby Please message me if you are interested! - No smoking or parties - 6 month lease starting December 30th, 2024 til July 31st, 2025 - Rent in the amount of $1150 is due to the landlord the 1st of every month - MAINTENANCE: Tenants agree to maintain the premises during the period of this agreement. This includes woodwork, floors, walls, furnishings and fixtures, appliances, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. Tacks, nails, or other hangers nailed or screwed into the walls or ceilings will be removed at the termination of this agreement. Damage caused by rain, hail or wind as a result of leaving windows or doors open, or damage caused by overflow of water, or stoppage of waste pipes, breakage of glass, whether caused by abuse or neglect is the responsibility. - TERMINATION OF CONTRACT OR EVICTION: In the event Tenants want to terminate the contract ahead of the contract expiration date of July 31, 2025, this will result in loss of 100% of the security deposit. Tenants must provide Owner with a minimum of 30 days advanced notice.
