Handyman special, all the major systems are working. The well/pump systems works, the septic works, and the electricity /wiring is up to code. The air conditioning system was replaced in 2006. Most of the windows are newer than original. What it needs is paint, new carpet in the master bedroom, washer & dryer, refrigerator and maybe a dishwasher. The yard needs to be cleaned up & wood fence needs repair..
