    This is a sublease available Oct. 1st 2017, that will last through Jun. 28th 2018 with the option to renew with a new lease at that time. I can be somewhat flexible as to the exact move in time, possibly from now on to the last day of October. The studio is located in the SonuDigs in the convenient area between Lincoln Park and Old Town Neighborhood, 2-3 mins walk from the red line station North/Clybourn, Wholefoods market, ArcLights cinema, coffee shops (peet's coffee, starbucks), restaurants (burger bar, nando's peri peri), shopping malls (saks fifth off, nordstorm rack, new city mall), and cloth/sports stores (j.crew, forever 21, dick's, rei etc.). The unit was brand new when I moved in around late May and is in very good condition now. Washer and Dryer are located in-unit. There is a $65 utility fee that includes heat, trash, water, and high speed Wi-Fi. Cable and Electric are the only utilities not included. My electric runs between $20-$30 depending on air conditioner use. Street parking is easily accessible with a zoned City Sticker. There is no gym in this building, but FFC Lincoln Park, a boxing club, and a martial arts club are within walking distance. By moving in through a sublease, you will be avoiding a $400, nonrefundable move-in fee, which is normally required by the building. I will pay to have the unit professionally cleaned before your move-in, at no cost to you. If you would like photos of the actual unit, please respond to this ad.
