What I am asking for? Responsible tenants. This is really a charming house, so I want somebody who treat this place as your home. I am asking for $2055 per month, with $2000 refundable deposit. You are responsible for all utilities (electricity, water, sewer and garbage). Prefer 12 months or longer lease. The house is currently available. Interested applicants could fill in the applicant form during the open house. A background check and non-refundable $35 fee would be required for each applicant who will be on the lease.
