It is in a Long-term campground Lot 50. It is a 55+ campground, no amenities. The lot rent comes with trash pickup, water, and sewer. The lot rent runs $1782.00 a year. The camper has been added onto and it comes with a gazebo and carport. My husband has a lot of critical health conditions and we want to move closer to our kids where I may get some help from them. The lot is big enough to park two vehicles. It is a two bedroom, one bath just renovated, kitchen, laundry room, living room, storage in the back, a gazebo, and carport. 3 a/c units that work, gas log fireplace which is propane, 40 gal. Propane water heater, propane stove. It comes with a radiator heater in the kitchen that heats the camper, a small infrared heater in the large bedroom. It is a nice and cozy home. I cannot tell you how big the lot is. I am saying the home is about 450 sq. ft but I don't know how to figure that either. It has two refrigerators. Of course you pay your own light bill, TV, phone, internet, and propane. WE WILL NOT DO OWNER FINANCING!!! Please no scams!!! My husband is a Veteran but does not get any help from the VA.
