just added new laminate flooring through out the entryway and living room. has lifetime warranty and waterproof. looks like dark hard word. also upgraded all the bedroom carpets to a beautiful earth tone top of the line quality. Painted the living room and the rest of the house in earth tone colors to ad some warmth to the house. added a vinyl fence all the way around my side yards to my back with a privacy partition for the back yard with hot tub, along with the proper electrician installation. along with 2 gates. added central air. completed my yard adding beautiful flowering plants along the fence line along with a complete patio that extends from one end of the house in the backyard to the other end of the house along with a sidewalk along one side of the house that connects to the driveway and the backyard patio. completed mudding and taping my garage along with painting it a nice clean white color.
