Welcome to the Suites on Waverly Drive. A cute, quaint space offering a light, cozy and restful stay during your travels and after a long day at work. The Suites feature a mid-century modern look and feel, with each piece placed with comfort and eye provoking aesthetic in mind. Steilacoom Lake is only one block away to take your kayak or paddle board to enjoy. The backyard is secure for your fur baby to run around. Enjoy your stay at the Suites (side A). General description When the space was renovated, an idea was formed to turn the space light, quaint and cozy. Mid-century modern design was the idea chosen to occupy the space. With a mind towards eye provoking aesthetics and comfort for each guest whom enters each room. A welcoming feeling of light, bringing peace to the soul and joy to the heart as one fills it and calls it home. White, gold and nature were the deciding palettes, accented with various textures and sparkle of color. Adding mirrors gives additional length to each room, ensuring light is adequately reflected. Care was given for each piece chosen for its aesthetic and joy it would add to the room. Same care is given to each guest chosen to stay at The Suites, blessed to stay in such a place. Travel nurses, government workers on per diem, corporate travelers, and others welcome to apply. Nightly priced for one guest. The Suites is within a 20 minute drive to all major hospitals in the area, including St Joseph's (8.1 mi), the VA at American Lake (4.3), Western State (2 mi), Mulitcare Tacoma General (8.9 mi), and Madigan on JBLM (6 mi). Neighborhood description The Suites is set in a quiet and established neighborhood, one block away from Stielacoom Lake which is lined by million dollar homes. The neighborhood comes alive in the evening with everyone taking walks, runs, bike riding, long boarding or skating along the lake and through the neighborhood. Many walk their fur babies throughout the day, so plenty of opportunities to meet new friends and have pupper play dates. The neighbors are friendly and diverse, willing to chat or share their puppies (especially John across the street with his litter of 10 golden Labrador puppies). The Lakewood Towne Centre is one mile away with stores, restaurants, a cinema and library for all your services and needs, including bus lines for public transportation. Fort Steilacoom Park is 1.5 miles away with a historic setting on an old US Army fort with extensive walking trails, large playground and both a large dog and small dog park for your fur babies. The Suites has shared interior walls. Other travel nurses, government contractors or others who may work swing shifts live on the other side. Please mind loud noises and fellow guests work/sleep cycles. Please treat everything with care and be sure to report any damage or accidents within 24 hours so they may be handled swiftly and promptly. Great care and eye has been made to decorate and feature the space. Pets are welcome to the property! The backyard is fully fenced, and the backyard neighbors have dogs as well. *Pet fees must be added onto booking for insurance purposes.* Booking confirmation will occur with fur babies once I know the age of the pet, if they have a obedience school certificate or equivalent, and reassurance your pet is well trained and well maintained. Please do not overfill the washer. It is small so be mindful of filling it. The dryer is a ventless dryer, so all items will feel DAMP when complete the first time. Either dry again or longer, or air dry. Air fryer is included for convenience of cooking as everyone in 2020 became masters at air frying food. Entry is keyless on both front and back doors for ease of access after confirming booking. Security cameras and floodlights are on the property to ensure safety of all guests. Smoking tobacco or marijuana products are not allowed on the property. No vaping. I am allergic to tobacco and sensitive to marijuana. Smokers may smoke at the end of the driveway. No cooking curry, heavy spices or fish inside the property. There is a grill available to cook such items outside the property. Nightly priced for one guest. Extra guests are added fees to cover utilities costs. *Must be added at booking for insurance purposes.* Guests MUST pick up after their fur babies in the backyard in order for me to mow on a weekly basis. No animal land mines left in backyard. Please let me know your work/sleep cycle, that way if any maintenance needs to occur, I can work around you so not to disturb your sleep. There are exterior security cameras. Do not move them. I can observe and hear within their field of view, so mind I can hear conversations around them. Lake is one block away. Will have to carry kayak or paddle board to the lake to utilize. When messaging me, please provide your pronouns (He/She/They) as well as your guests. Do not plug extra items in the kitchen area, unless you unplug the microwave / air fryer. You WILL trip the circuit breakers. If you trip the breaker (no more electricity), go around to the backyard of Suite A where the circuit breakers are. Open up your Suites circuit breaker, trip ALL the breakers, and close the box. Power should be restored. Getting Around: Parking is free at The Suites (Side A) for two functional vehicles, with a car port for one. There are bus lines close by the neighborhood. It is only 2 miles from access to I-5, the major highway in the area. It is also centrally located for ease of access when the major highways are blocked up or traffic is bad. ~700 credit score or no late payments for past two years. ~No violent felony convictions ~2-2.5x income ~All utilities included as well as WiFi ~No events at the property. ~No puppies. ~No evictions or owing other landlords money. ~No crimes committed on property or eviction proceedings will begin. ~No squatting allowed. Trespassing laws will commence. ~No shoes inside the house (inside slippers okay). ~No illegal drug use, smoking tobacco, vaping, nor marijuana on the property (May smoke at end of driveway). If unit smells drug or tobacco use, or drug paraphernalia is found, a $500-$1000 surcharge will be applied. ~Make sure to read over the cancellation policies before and after booking. We will uphold them. ~Do not over fill the washer. ~If any water leaks, must report within 24 hours. ~Any guests staying over MUST be included in extra guest charge. ~We do not consent to other business practices of our guests while at the Airbnb. Professional photography or videography 5. Pet sitting 6. Adult care ~No cooking curry, heavy spices, or fish inside the home ~No extra pets other than the ones already confirmed by the host. ~Any damage to the property MUST be reported within 24 hours. ~Report any issues within 24 hours so I can address it as soon as possible. That way we can address the issues and provide great customer service. ~No feminine products, no disposable/flushable wipes, no hair down sinks nor toilet (that all goes in the garbage). ~Please use provided hair stoppers for bathtubs. If 24/7 plumbing is required during the guests stay for hair stoppage in drains or other products down toilet, invoice will be given to guest ~No pets allowed on furniture. ~No pet land mines left in backyard. Guests responsible for picking up after their pets. ~If guests do not clean up after their pets, guests will be charged extra for extra cleaning services. ~For any stays above 30 days with 3 or more pets, we require that: 1. $50 pet fee per month per pet 2. Cleaner to come by monthly to clean and check on the property. Cleaning fee is $160 and typically takes 4 hours. We will coordinate a time so not to disturb you. ~Main house neighbors mow the backyard, so please do not be surprised when they do access the backyard. ~Do not move or block view of security cameras. I can hear conversations around them. ~Trash goes out Monday mornings: put out on Sunday night. Green is trash, gray is recycling. Trash is on the other side of the fence of the main house backyard. ~If you trip the electricity, go outside to the backyard to the right and trip EVERY single breaker on your unit. It should start the power back on. ~For awareness, The neighbors of the main house will come cut the grass in the backyard about every 2 weeks. ~ Checkout is at 11am. This allows the cleaners to clean the Suite before the next guest arrives. Unless previously coordinated with the Host, any late checkouts will be charged $100 per hour past check out time. ~If guests stay longer than 2 hours past checkout without prior permission, guests will be reported to Airbnb and to local police as criminal trespassers. You agree that your booking has ended and now you are criminally trespassing on private property.
