The application will also ask for the ages and relationship to the applicant. * There is a non-refundable $300 cleaning, and a pet fee of $250 per pet (if applicable). Refundable 1 month security deposit/damage protection fee at time of lease signing. Once the lease is signed, you will be asked to provide 1st months rent, security deposit, and any fees (cleaning, and applicable pet fees) within 10 days of lease signature.
