Its in Midtown Houston. Walking distance from all the bars and restaurants in Midtown. People are great, security is amazing. Buffalo Bayou park near by for a day of exercise. Apartments have doggie parks if you love pets. 2 fitness center, Main pool and private pool on apartment building; both with grilling sections. The club house is amazing. Just over all a great area. Rent includes technology package (cable and internet) and valet waste. Water will be through them as well but different bill. you will be responsible for electricity. both of the bills are no more than $40/mo. Pets are allowed but if you pay a $500 deposit. I don't have any pets so I don't pay that.
