The property is 15 minutes away from everything you need to enjoy wine country. You can walk to the lively downtown plaza, venture to the vineyards for wine tasting, stroll to Fitch Mountain for a hike, or wade in the Russian river. The property is designed for your comfort with beautiful and thoughtful interior touches, remote work-friendly capabilities and outdoor amenities for relaxation. Follow us @wherewestay_ The house is easily accessible, with no stairs and one small step in front of the house and to the garage. Three bedrooms all feature super soft linens, ample closets and storage for your stay. The bathroom has a deep soaking tub and double sink vanity. A new LG washer/dryer is available as well as a Peloton bike for guest use. The kitchen is great for those who love to cook with Viking appliances, cooking amenities and spices. A Fellow Electric Kettle, Chemex and Nespresso should cover your coffee and tea needs. For remote work there are multiple workspace options inside with a desk that can be moved to your preferred working location. You can also work outside as the high speed WIFI extends to the outdoor dining area. When you're not working the fenced in and private backyard also has a firepit, BBQ grill and lounge area for relaxation. We hope you enjoy the garden and property not just to view, but to eat! We encourage guests to pick from the garden (we have sage, basil, mint and rosemary for herbs as well as squash, tomatoes and veggies). We also have fruit trees - peaches, meyer lemons, plums, figs to name a few. Take your pick! All utilities (internet/cable, water, electric, gas, recology) and landscaping paid by landlord. Small dog allowed for one time $100 nonrefundable pet fee (this goes toward a cleaning cost). Any other pets allowed at landlord's discretion and may have additional pet fee. $250 cleaning fee, $2000 security deposit (refundable) and first month's rent due at lease signing.
