Flexible on duration, but a stay of 3-6 months is preferred. This is a beautiful one bed, furnished house that fits my entire king bed and bedroom set. (Sorry, unfurnished is not an option.) You'll have a walk-in closet, massive bathroom cabinet, built-in pantry, an empty dresser, and three deep built-in drawers for storage. There's a tiny laundry room and separate entrance through the kitchen. All the lights are on dimmers and there's a hidden ceiling fan in the bedroom chandelier. I put so much work into this place and love it with all my heart. The neighbors look out for each other here and there's a brand new three-camera security system. Parking is behind the house and the entire property is fenced in. If you have a dog, please bring them when you come look at the apt. Cats are welcome too! There is an additional pet deposit that will be refunded, but no pet rent. You're up the hill from Erewhon and just a ten minute walk to the best Spin classes of your life. Rent includes wifi and the security system, which you'll have access to via a panel in home on an app on your phone. Please reply with details about yourself and your pets, if you have any.
