The property is located walking distance from McKinney's historic downtown, 30 minutes from Dallas, and has a practical setup that accommodates work in nearby suburbs as well as dining/entertainment needs. Month-to-month is an option, however we do require 30 days notice before moving out so we may make accommodations. Alternatively, we can add you onto our current lease. The price is the same. If the 30 day notice is ignored, deposit will be used to cover the vacancy costs and not returned.
