2 story single family home in a great neighborhood. Living in a housing addition is much nicer than I imagined when we first bought the home. There is very little traffic outside of the other homeowners in the neighborhood. Concerning the inside of the house, there are three bedrooms, 2 and a half bathrooms. The kitchen is good size and the laundry room is functional. My personal favorite parts of the home is the two car attached garage, and the gigantic bonus room. The bonus room could be anything the owner desires it would make a giant bedroom. It could be a man cave, game room, theatre room and much more. Finally it has a finished crawl space and includes a sump pump to ensure that it stays dry and maintains a good foundation for the house.
