This place is amazing. It's a two-story unit with a spiral staircase, fireplace, hardwood floors, and it's directly adjacent to the spacious front porch. Located just off Baltimore Ave, a few minutes walk to Clark Park, grocery stores, tons of restaurants, and more. 3 trolley lines are within a 2 block radius in either direction. Laundromat is 1.5 blocks away. I currently bike to work in Center City and it takes all of 12 minutes. This place is really ideal. I'm currently living here and am looking for someone to take over my lease in October, as I am in the process of buying a house. There is a bonus room upstairs just off the main bedroom. The whole place has an open layout feel to it, it's really a great space. The neighbors are all great, friendly people too. He does ask for a credit check and application, I believe there is a fee ($50) for that, just to be completely transparent. You will be taking over my lease, which ends June 30, from there you can renew if you like
