I have added $11k into landscaping. I have added a carport that matches house seemlessly and cost $28k. It has fresh paint in exterior that is now a dark grey opposed to original green. I have added a quality iron gate to create a yard. I have it constantly touched up. Therefore there is minimal wear and tear. Looks very new- painted the interior December 2018
