This is a three bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home with garage and a very flexible lay-out. The bottom floor is home to the garage and smallest bedroom/office with closet and ensuite bathroom. The garage holds one car and the rest of the space has been organized with storage solutions for all your toys and belongings. An additional parking tag is included for a reserved outdoor community parking space. The bedroom is set up as a home office with a futon bed. The main living area (second floor) is completely open with kitchen, dining and living spaces, a large walk-in pantry and powder room half bath for guests. There is also a balcony for reading a book or enjoying your morning coffee. The third floor is home to two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite bath and walk in closet. The primary bedroom is spacious and includes a king bed, large bathroom with double vanity, soaking tub, separate walk in shower, linen closet, and large walk-in closet. The washer and dryer are also located in a hall closet on this floor. Hardwood floors, stainless appliances, and granite counter tops throughout. Community access to Riverwalk, private pool, gym and fenced dog play area. Additional $300 fee per month to cover gas/water/sewer/electricity and internet. Additional $100 per month for up to two preapproved dogs. This is our primary home that we are renting while on an extended trip.
