Apartment is intended for 1 occupant; it is too small for anything beyond occasional visits of additional occupants. All utilities included. No smoking is strictly enforced and we don't normally authorize pets all though some exceptions can be made on a case by case basis. We are currently offering a 12 month lease but will consider a shorter term (3-6 months) if needed for an additional fee. Parking is first come first serve street parking but no residential permits are required in this area. Move in only requires first months rent and security deposit (no last months rent charged on move in).
