The decor has a charming, decidedly Texas vibe, and mixes old and new Dallas in a way that feels like home, and features pieces by local artists. Our large living room has a large Roku smart TV. It opens to the large kitchen to make time with family and friends easy. The adjacent dining room has seating for 8. The 3 full baths are clean and spa-like, boasting plush Turkish Terry towels, magnifying makeup mirrors and blow dryer. Our cook's kitchen features locally roasted coffee and a French press to start your days, and everything you'd need to create a special meal. The appliances are high-end pro style Frigidaire stainless, for our more advanced cooks. The 3 bedrooms each have luxe cooling foam mattresses, and you can stream to Roku smart TVs. We keep it old school with an alarm clock to get you up and at 'em. Our back yard is HUGE and fenced in, so bring your pet! At night, it's a great place to hang out, with string lights, and a bricked patio with seating area. Other amenities include full sized washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and cleaning supplies you may use for longer stays. Safety is a priority, and we include a first aid kit (top drawer in our kitchen island) CO2 alarms, and 2 fire extinguishers. Guest access ). Included is gated parking for one car, and there is plenty of safe, free street parking. We primarily sign temporary stay or vacation leases of 6 months or less (month to month after that is available), with corporate and insurance housing providers for their clients. Rent includes all utilities and high speed internet. Pets are allowed, but a $99 one time fee is required. We also require a $150 cleaning fee upon move out. NO SMOKING anywhere on property- If it is found that you have smoked in the home, you are subject to losing your security deposit. If it is found that you had a pet without paying the pet fee, you are subject to losing your security deposit. We do not permit parties. If the number of vehicles exceeds 4 or the number of guests exceeds 9, you are subject to being removed with no refund and losing your security deposit. This property has noise sensitive neighbors.
