There are no neighbors behind us as the Army Corps of Engineers owns the land. There is a creek that runs behind our house. The natural beauty causes many people to take evening walks by our house and through the wooded area toward the Grapevine lake. It is a great neighborhood for children to play outside in front, the street is quiet and we located in a neighborhood that is very secluded and safe.
