We have two big friendly dogs and two cats, so folks with pet allergies be warned. The apartment entrance is around back of the house in a gated yard that our dogs don't have access to. Our neighborhood has some character, but it's relatively quiet. Our house is set back from the street on a half acre with lots of mature trees. Both the studio apartment and adjoining yard are South-facing, so you get loads of natural light. We'd love to rent to someone who likes to garden, though it's not a prerequisite. The back yard is a blank slate and we'd be happy to let you lend your own creativity to the landscape.
