All I can say is wow! Curb appeal is great but it doesn't give you a clue as to what's inside! You have to get inside to see how much larger it really is than it looks. The kitchen is huge!!! it's a kitchen dining combination which is great for entertaining. Very nice wood cabinets & lots of them. Hardwood floors thru the whole main floor have been refinished. Decorative stone fireplace & lots of big windows bring warmth to the living room. Two good sized bedrooms & nicely updated bath complete the first floor. Down the stairs half way to walk out to the off street parking(driveway) then when you get downstairs there is a whole other possible living space. Used to be lower level garage many years ago now set up as family room/play area for the kids. Not really finished but extensively used by the current owner as an area for entertainment. The covered patio out the lower level door lends its self to great parties! Full brick exterior tuck pointed as needed in June 2010.
