THE HOUSE IS ACCESSIBLE WITH A KEYPAD ENTRY LOCK. THERE ARE THREE PRIVATE ROOMS WITH INDIVIDUAL LOCKS, TWO SMALLER ROOMS WITH EACH CLOSET AND ARE SHARED WITH A FULL BATHROOM, AND ONE MASTER ROOM WITH WALK IN CLOSET AND A FULL BATHROOM. ALL ROOMS WITH A QUEEN-SIZE NEW BED/MATRESS AND ALL ROOMS ARE EQUIPPED WITH A TV FOR RELAXATION AND ENTERTAINMENT. THE HOUSE IS UNDER CENTRALIZED AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM. LIVING ROOM WITH PIANO, GUITAR, AND LARGE TV. STATIONARY BIKE AND OFFICE SPACE FOR USE. KITCHEN FULL OF COOKING AND EATING UTENSILS. LARGE PANTRY WITH PRE-STOCK COOKING ITEMS INCLUDING COOKING OIL, RICE, SPICES, CAN GOODS, NOODLES, ETC. COOKING EQUIPMENT INCLUDING AIRFRIER, MIXERS, NINJA JUICER, ETC. KITCHEN AND DINING AREA IS SHARED WITH ALL OCCUPANTS. AVAILABLE PARKING SPOTS, JUST BE CAREFUL WITH THE CURB. THIS IS OUR HOME, GREAT MEMORIES WERE BUILT HERE, HELP ME PRESERVE THEM AND MAKE MORE. No smoking, vaping, heavy drinking, illegal drugs, including marijuana (recreational or prescribed). No heavy parties; no overnight stay unless in the contract. ONLY OCCUPANTS THAT ARE IN THE CONTRACT ARE EXPECTED TO SLEEP OVER, or an additional fee will be imposed if the rules are violated. Roommates are based on gender, not coed renters. Items like the piano, guitar and electric piano are free to use if you know how to otherwise, DO NOT TOUCH IF YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW TO PLAY. ABSOLUTELY NO EATING OR DRINKING NEAR THE PIANO. The China cabinet must not be accessed for any reason. No nails or holes on the walls. If anything broken, must be resported to the landlord and or rental manager. If distruction of items and property is found intentional, renters are subject for a fine or legal charges. Any purchase of movies over the internet are responsibility of the person who access the show. Deposit will be returned after the unit is inspected and both parties agree on the findings.
