HI, I need to lease out my apartment. Basically it would be the same as if you were renting it from Village Creek Apartments just you would take over my lease. They do allow dogs and have carports available. it is a beautiful apartment we are moving on July 7th and the apartment will be available on July 8th. Rent is $1263 a month. We are moving to our own apartments instead of being roommates and we were unaware of the 60 notice. We thought it was 30 days. This means if we can not find a rent we will own $3000. If anyone is seriously interested please contact me ASAP.
