We are the second owners of this lovely 1935 neighborhood home. We have lived here since 1988. It was originally a 2/2 cottage, but we remodeled and added a large sun room/library, laundry room, and master bath. A breakfast room was also converted to an office which can also serve as spare bedroom. Central air/heat was added and has been recently replaced. The neighborhood is very safe and peaceful.
